Cabanga Africa Group (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa is the responsible party for personal information collected through RIMAI. We process it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

My land, your progress, the module you marked done, where you stopped reading and every figure you type into the live calculators are stored only in your own browser. They are never sent to us.

When you use a form (certification, agents, academia, partners, licensing or contact) we receive what you enter: name, email, WhatsApp number, country and the details the form asks for. A certification submission also includes your land details and your Toolkit workbook.

If a form cannot reach us directly, it opens WhatsApp with your details for you to send. Messages sent that way are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

To assess and certify your plan, keep the certificate register, pay agents, answer enquiries and set up partnerships. We do not sell your information.

A certificate's reference code, the holder's name, Major, country, venture, score and dates can be checked by anyone on the verification page. That is what makes the certificate useful to a lender.

Certification records are kept while the certificate is valid and for as long after as the law requires. Enquiries are kept only as long as they are needed.
