Terms of Use.

RIMAI Agribusiness School ("RIMAI") is a product of Cabanga Africa Group (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa ("we", "us"). By using this site, the Toolkit or a certification code, you accept these terms.

The lessons, the Dictionary, the Library, the calculators and the Toolkit are free to use for your own learning. The course takes 14 days. You may not resell, republish or charge others for access to them.

A certification code costs US$18 and pays for the assessment of one venture plan. It covers one submission and one resubmission, is bound to the holder's name at first submission and cannot be transferred. A code that has been used for a submission is not refundable.

You confirm that the plan you submit is your own work, for land you hold or can use, built on your own figures. A plan built on the worked example, copied from another submission or with overwritten formulas fails the integrity gate and is not certified.

A certificate states that a plan passed the RIMAI rubric. It is valid for two years. We may withdraw a certificate obtained through false information or copied work, and the register will show it as withdrawn. A certificate is not a licence, a loan approval or a guarantee of any outcome.

Agents are independent and are not employees, partners or representatives of RIMAI. An agent earns US$3 for each code sold under their agent ID and redeemed by a submission. Agents may not sell the free learning, promise a pass or write a student's plan. We may close an agent ID that breaks these rules.

Musika, Mashofe.com, Moeletsi Africa, Chinyama.com and the Kufunga Foundation instruments are separate services with their own terms. Using them is your choice and is governed by their terms, not these.

We may update these terms and the date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
